The Belluno Lantern | Clear Glass & Brass Pendant | CLND038-C

The Belluno Lantern in clear glass is a small pendant with a twisted glass shade held in flowing brass spirals, hung on a matching brass chain. The glass is fully transparent, so the lantern reads as a light piece of jewellery in a hallway, over a bedside table or repeated along a kitchen island.

The lamp is part of the design

Clear glass shows the bulb inside, so the lamp you fit changes the look. A decorative filament lamp at 2700K glows warm through the twists in the glass; a plain frosted lamp makes the shade read softer. Because clear glass does not diffuse light, keep output moderate to avoid glare at eye level.

Sizing and placement

At 21.6 cm (8.5") wide and 31.8 cm (12.5") tall, one Belluno suits an entrance, a corridor or a bedside. Over a kitchen island, hang two or three spaced about 60–75 cm (24–30") apart, with the base of each lantern 75–90 cm (30–36") above the counter. The 183 cm (72") chain allows it to be shortened at installation or dropped into a stairwell.

Sloped ceilings

Every piece is made to order, so the Belluno can be supplied with a sloped ceiling adapter to hang straight under a pitched ceiling. Mention the angle when you order.

Made to order

Chain length, metal finish and canopy can be adapted before production. The Belluno is also available in its original glass version. Trade clients can request drawings and project quantities through our trade program.
