The Orbis Chandelier | Sculptural Burgundy Glass & Brass | CLND006

The Orbis is a large round chandelier of sculptural burgundy glass and brass, 100 cm (39.4") wide and 70 cm (27.6") high. The deep wine-toned glass gives one confident statement where the room calls for a single chandelier rather than several smaller lights.

Why warm light matters

Burgundy glass glows richest under warm light. At 2700K it reads deep and warm; cool light makes it look brown and flat.

Sizing and placement

It suits a dining table of about 160 to 220 cm (63 to 87"), a two-storey foyer or a hotel lobby. Over a table, hang the lowest glass 75 to 90 cm (30 to 35") above the surface.

Suspension

The fixture comes with a 50 cm (19.7") chain as standard, which can be extended at order for higher ceilings and stairwells.

Made to order

Glass colour, chain length and metal finish can be specified before production. A sloped ceiling adapter and dimming are available on request. Trade clients can request drawings and project quantities through our trade program.
