The Matera Ring | Solid Cast Copper & Brutalist Texture | CLMTR

The Matera Ring is a round chandelier of solid cast copper segments with a deep, bark-like sand-cast texture, 92 cm (36.2"), 122 cm (48") or 152 cm (59.8") across and 14 cm (5.5") high, finished in gold or silver. Light washes down over the table while grazing the cratered inner surface.

Choosing a size

The 92 cm suits a round table for six to eight; the 122 cm a table for eight to ten or a living room; the 152 cm a grand dining room, foyer or hotel lobby. Hang the ring 75 to 90 cm (30 to 35") above a table.

Suspension and installation

It hangs on 50 cm (19.7") rods, which can be extended at order. It weighs about 12 to 16 kg, 18 to 24 kg or 26 to 34 kg (26 to 35, 40 to 53 or 57 to 75 lb) by size, so have your electrician fit a structural ceiling fixing. E14 lamps (E12 for North America), warm white at 2700K.

Made to order

Rod length and finish can be specified before production. The Matera is also made as a linear chandelier. A sloped ceiling adapter and dimming are available on request. Trade clients can request drawings and project quantities through our trade program.
