Travertine & Rope Wall Sconce | CLWPA66

This wall sconce is a hand-cut travertine bowl wrapped with thick natural rope, 20 cm (7.9") high, 16 cm (6.3") wide and 7 cm (2.8") deep. Most of the light is pushed up and out, so the wall carries the glow and the stone surface picks up its own texture.

The materials

The travertine is cut and finished by hand, and the rope is natural fibre, tied rather than glued: both age, which is the point of the piece.

Where it belongs

Compact enough for a corridor or a staircase, and at home in a coastal or rustic scheme where the rope reads as part of the room rather than a novelty.

Lamping and installation

G9 lamps, warm white at 2700K. Hardwired wall mount.

Made to order

Stone selection and rope tone can be specified before production, and dimming is available on request. Trade clients can request drawings and project quantities through our trade program.
