Single Alabaster Wall Sconce | Brass | CLSUPQ76

This wall sconce is a single column of hand-carved alabaster on a slim brass mount, 45 cm (17.7") high, 15 cm (5.9") wide and 8.3 cm (3.3") deep. The stone is cut thin enough to pass light, so the whole column glows and the veining becomes the pattern on the wall.

The alabaster

Natural stone, carved and finished by hand, so veining, colour and translucency differ on every column. The tall format shows a long run of the figure.

Where it belongs

A hallway, a bedside, a stair wall or either side of a mirror. Its shallow 8.3 cm projection keeps it clear of a passageway, and a pair either side of a bed reads as a matched set without the two stones matching.

Lamping and installation

Warm white at 2700K, which brings out the honey in the stone rather than greying it. Hardwired wall mount.

Made to order

Stone selection and brass finish can be specified before production, and dimming is available on request. It belongs to the same family as our other alabaster and brass wall sconces. Trade clients can request drawings and project quantities through our trade program.
