Sillam Flush Mount | Hand-Blown Bubble Glass | CLND033

The Sillam is a flush mount of hand-blown glass globes, each filled with dense interior bubbles, gathered on a brass structure. It is 54.6 cm (21.5") wide and 38 cm (15") deep, so it gives a room the sparkle of a chandelier while staying close to the ceiling.

How it lights a room

Every bubble refracts the light a little differently, so the fixture reads as lively and textured even when dimmed, with no single glare point. Hand-blown globes vary naturally in bubble density and shape.

Sizing and placement

Its depth suits ceilings from about 2.4 m (8 ft) in bedrooms, living rooms and entrance halls. In a walkway, keep at least 2.1 m (7 ft) clear beneath it.

Lamping and installation

Thirteen E14 lamps (E12 for North America). Warm white at 2700K suits the clear glass best. The fixture weighs about 8 to 11 kg (18 to 24 lb), so have your electrician confirm the ceiling box is rated for the load.

Metal finish can be specified before production. Dimming is available on request. Trade clients can request drawings and project quantities through our trade program.
