Copper Cylinder Wall Light | Vertical Slit | CLCYL895

This wall light is a solid copper cylinder cut with a vertical slit, 8 cm (3.1") wide, in two heights: 35 cm (13.8") and 55 cm (21.7"). The cut throws a line of light up the wall and down it, so the fixture reads as a single warm stroke rather than a lamp.

The copper

Solid copper, left to age. The surface darkens and develops a patina over time, unevenly, which is what gives it its weight on the wall.

Choosing a size

The 35 cm suits a bedside, a powder room or a run down a corridor at close spacing. The 55 cm carries a hallway, an entrance or a stair wall.

Light and installation

Integrated LED, warm white at 2700K, about 850 to 1,000 lumens at 35 cm and 1,300 to 1,500 at 55 cm. Hardwired wall mount.
